DISCLAIMER

THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. READ IT CAREFULLY!

You, the client, are aware that there are risks associated with participating in Fitness activities and exercise. Your participation is completely voluntary, and you freely accept and fully assume all responsibility for all risks, and all possibilities of personal injury, death, property damage or loss to yourself or any other person as a result of your participation in fitness activities. You and your heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns agree:

(a) to waive all claims, known or unknown, that you have or may have in 

the future against Flow Fitness including their owners, officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, business operators, independent contractors and site property owners or lessees 

(the “organization”);

(b) that Flow Fitness is not liable or responsible for any damage to, loss or theft of your property;

(c) to release and forever discharge Flow Fitness from all liability for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from your participation in fitness activities due to any cause, including but not limited to negligence (failure to use such care as a reasonably prudent and careful person would use under similar circumstances), breach of any duty imposed by law, breach of contract or mistake in error of judgment of Flow Fitness and/or Karen Yamallel and/or independent contractors; and

(d) to be liable for and to hold harmless and indemnify Flow Fitness and/or Karen Yamallel and/or Independent contractors from all actions, proceedings, claims, damages, costs demands, including court costs on a solicitor and own client basis, and liabilities of whatsoever nature or kind arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in fitness activities in person or online via our virtual service offerings.

Please consult your physician prior to starting an exercise or fitness program, and prior to participating.

Has your doctor evere said you have a heart condition?
Has your doctor ever said you have high blood preassure?
Do you lose balance because of dizziness or have you lost consciousness in the last 12 months? (please answer NO if your dizziness was associated with over-breathing, including during vigorous exercise).
Does your doctor ever said that you should only do medically supervised physical activity?

DELAY BECOMIN ACTIVE IF: 

  • You have a temporary illness such as a cold or fever; it is best to wait until you feel better.

  • You are pregnant - talk to your health care practitioner, your physician, a qualified exercise professional.

  • Your health changes.

CANCELATION POLICY

FLOW FITNESS is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while interrupting customers who may show on-time. For these reasons, FLOW FITNESS has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.

 

CANCELLATION REQUEST

Cancellation requests may be submitted by email. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original form of payment. If you have any questions or concerns about our cancellation policy, please contact us at info@flowfitness.ca

- Refund requests made more than 24 hours prior to class will be processed with no fee.

- No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the class you chose.
